Common questions

Who pays for the replacement car? +
You pay for the hire, unless your dealership covers it in full or in part. They choose that before you confirm, and the amount is shown when you pay.
What documents do I need? +
A valid driving licence, which you confirm when you sign in. Bring it with you when you collect the car.
Can I cancel? +
Yes. Cancel up to 24 hours before pickup at no cost to you or the dealership.
What if I need the car for longer? +
You or the dealership can extend the booking in MoveVia if the repair takes longer than planned.
How do I return the car? +
Bring it back to the dealership. The rental partner collects it from there. Your confirmation tells you the return time.
